I never sent you an email after we received our precious puppy. I'll start at the beginning. When we picked her up at the airport she was hiding in the very back of the crate under the blanket. The airport attendant wasn't sure there was anything in the crate at first. I opened the door and reached in to get her. She was very quiet and shy - I'm sure she was afraid of everything that was going on. We ooh'd and ahh'd over her and went out to our car. The minute we got into the car she jumped up on my chest and I was given tons of kisses. She crawled up on my shoulder and wanted to sit behind my neck on the drive home. She continues to be excited each and every time we come home. She is so adorable and such a sweetheart. We were nervous about buying a dog over the internet - wondering what we would get - what kind of personality she would have. We couldn't have gotten anything better if we had picked one out in person. She is very social and loves everybody. Of course she thinks anyone who comes to visit is here to see her. She is starting to be a bit of a watch dog (when the bell rings or someone knocks or if she hears an unusual noise). My husband was worried that she might be a yapper. This isn't the case - although she does bark if we ignore her when she has brought her ball to our feet - but that is just her way of telling us that she wants to play.I just wanted to thank you for her. I first off would like to thank Carrie and Steve for being very informative dealers in the purchase of our Yorkshire Terrier. We had been looking for some time and had not been able to find anything that met our standards of price and quality within the Boston area. We ended up finding, through the site, a cute little male pup, that satisified both criteria and pulled at our heart strings. Though we were very hesitant to buy from an online breeder me and my girlfriend both agreed that, as soon as we saw the pictures, he was the right dog for us. I am happy to report that Otis Spunkmeyer (you may remember him as Max) is a very healthy and happy little pup who explores Boston constantly. He was even cuter and more loving in person than he was in the pictures and is growing up to be a very socialized and intelligent cuddle buddy for all those who are around him. I would like to mention that he had a slight cold when he landed in Boston, as i guess the flight can be both mentally and physically straining on a dog, he however soon recovered from the sickness with the help of the vetrinarian who told us it was not a serious condition. Everywhere we go Otis seem to be the talk of the town and even when we take him into pet stores, the workers want to dress him up and take pictures of him. We did our research on the breed and this kennel is definitely a top notch resource for finding puppies. Otis is very loving and we look forward into having him or a long time, thanks again, Tim ,Nicki and Otis.

SAVANNAH HAS TURNED OUT TO BE EVERYTHING YOU SAID AND SO MUCH MORE..SHE IS THE BEAUTY YOU PREDICTED AND PEOPLE STOP ME ON THE STREET AND WANT TO TAKE HER PICTURE..IN ADDITION TO BEING BEAUTIFUL SHE IS A TREMENDOUS ATHLETE AND THINKS NOTHING OF WALKING 3 OR 4 MILES....AND BOY CAN SHE JUMP...SHE CAN BE QUITE THE TERROR WHEN SHE PLAYS WITH HER TOYS AND SHE HAS THE CHARMING HABIT OF TAKING HER LITTLE BALL AND PUTTING IT IN HER MOUTH AND THEN SHE PUSHES IT ON YOUR LEG INVITING YOU OR MAYBE ORDERING YOU TO PLAY..SHE IS LOVING AND GIVES LOTS OF KISSES. SHE KNOWS SIT PAW DOWN AND ROLL OVER NOT SO GOOD WITH THE COME PART ALTHOUGH SHE KNOWS DARN WELL WHAT IT MEANS....HOW DOES THE SONG GO "if they asked me i could write a book " I TELL PEOPLE DONT GET ME STARTED ABOUT SAVANNAH..I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THEIR KIDS THE WAY THEY DO. Just a couple of lines to tell you how happy we are with our little baby Malkie.You named her Cairo , but we change her name to Lola. We loved that name, and after we saw the name of her father RICKY RICARDOWe were sure was the perfect name. She has been the best, and I can tell she is use to be with small children, because as soon as she saw my 4 year old granddaughter. She was so happy. Thanks again for all your help; you can be sure we will refer you to all the friends that want a beautiful pet like our Lola. It's Lauren. I purchased "Hershey" from you recently. I'm so sorry that it's taken so long for me to write to you, but this pup had me running around all over the place. I just wanted to say that I love this dog! My whole family does. He's sooooooooo affectionate and playful and boy is he full of energy. And his hair is just so soft. And best of all, he truly is hypo-allergenic. Ii'm allergic to any animal with fur and I thought it would be the same deal with this puppy. But I'm happy it's not. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice and your speedy response.Thank you again!

It's been a little over a month since Melody came
to our home. It seems like she has been here forever. She is
so cute, everyone who meets her loves her. She just finished all of her shots and will be starting puppy
school in June. I really need her to "get" the come command. She now weighs 6 pounds, legs have really grown long. She is a really fast runner and jumper! She is a good dog! Well, we have had Bella for almost two weeks now. I just wanted to thank you for all of the information you gave us on the phone/e-mail prior to getting her and letting her know how smoothly I thought the whole process went. I can't believe how well she handled the flight/transition. Seeing my kids' faces when they got off the bus that day was one of my favorite parenting days ever! She is such a little sweetie! We adore her. We can't believe what a snuggler she is; but of course, she sure loves to play outside! My kids (10 and 11) have done a great job with her, and she gets so much attention. I talked to your husband on the phone yesterday, but I just wanted to let you know that Lilly arrived safely and right on time. She was in excellent condition and ready to play. She did not seem scared or was not air sick from her travels. She has been a pure joy. She was a surprise for my sister and she would not stop crying when she saw her. They have bonded very well. I just wanted to send you this email and update you on Boogieman. I do not know if you are interested, but I just wanted to give you an update. I could not ask for anything more. When I picked him at the airport in Toronto, he was just wanting to get out of his crate. Just a happy go lucky guy, he has no concerns about flying. He is just wonderful and adjusted as soon as I brought him home. He gets along great with other dogs and is really people friendly. I have one thing, that he does, he eats his poo, if I don't catch him in time. Any suggestions you have for this behavior would be appreciated. He just received his rabies shot and that did not faze him in the least. He is in super health. There is nothing really I am not happy about, except with the problem I mentioned. Hi! Dodger arrived Friday, the 13th via Continental airlines. Other than being a little frightened and shy (to be expected), he was in great shape. He quickly warmed up to his 4 brothers and sister and soon it was if he had always been here. He is a healthy and happy puppy. From the first time I spoke to you the experience has been great. Initially I was hesitant to buy a puppy from the internet. We couldn't be happier. Continental Airlines was wonderful. We arrived early, they checked on the flight for us and let us know when he was on the way to the cargo area. He was so kind and gentle with the puppy as he was helping us get him out of the crate. I highly recommend your service and theirs.

Well it's been a week since we brought our little Bandit home and he is doing great. He's only had a couple of accidents in the house and is doing fabulous on his housetraining. Crate training is defintely the way to go! He even slept all night last night and didn't have to get up at 3 or 4 to potty. I feel so rested this morning. He's also already learned to sit on command. He's great with our grandchildren and has been a happy addition to our family. Just thought you'd enjoy an update on our happy, little guy. Have a great day. Brenda

Hello, we got our Cupcake from you in May of 2007. I have always wanted to drop you a note thanking you for your wonderful choice of puppy for our family. I just wanted to send an update and a thank you. Trooper arrived last night and was so friendly from the get go. We surprised our kids they had no idea we were getting a puppy. We wanted to wait till Christmas day but didn't want to get a puppy sitter for that long.
I got him from the airport then brought him to my dad's and left a big box for my husband to put him in and bring him home. He called when he was a few houses away and I had the kids head to the kitchen for a snack so my husband put the box under the tree and came in and asked the kids what the box was they were like huh came to look and just stared like I don't know then Ryan(4 yr old) pushed it to the middle of the living room not noticing something try to pop the top off so my husband told them well open it so Ryan did and stepped back and Alix(my 9 yr old) covered her mouth and said "A Puppy OMG" and started crying she was so happy and excited said she never thought this day would come lol I got teary eyed not expecting that reaction it was good I'm happy. We decided to keep his name Trooper my kids wanted to although my son keeps calling him Clover for some reason lol He's fitting in great he loves my kids and us and even my cats like him and vice versa. Now it's just puppy potty training time and getting him to eat he's been a bit slow at that but the vet said he may still be a little off from the plane and excitement He had his vet appointment today and they said he is in good shape and adorable :) So Thank you again I was a bit skeptical buying a dog online but this was a great experience and I thank you for your honest business. I just wanted to let you know that Clyde got here safety, he is adorabale! He was a little scared at first, outside the shipping area we took him out on the grass, held him, gave him water. Thank you for saying to hold him and get him toys, he played with the toys on the 40 min ride home. He is a wonderful dog! He played, ate, took a nap and is playing again, a very happy dog. My son Tim is 10 and they are best friends already. Clyde is getting his first bath tonight then he should sleep well, but I will be close by to make sure he gets through the night ok. Thank you so much for raising him, you've done a great job.

By the way, if a girl named Tina buys Cash, that is a girl that works with my husband Rich. I hope she buys him! I have to say I have always had this very good feeling about buying this dog from you. After his layover in DFW T-Bone now known as Maxx II arrived happy and healthy with no sign of wear and tear ;-) I wish I could say the same for me. I was a basket case worrying about him and if AA would really take care of him. Poor agent at the cargo desk in RDU dealt with my emotional meltdown quite nicely. We love this little guy. We will provide him with the best care and a lot of love. He's so cute and such a little sweetheart companion. He's about 99% potty trained (outdoors). No wee pads - goes straight to the door. The only time he'll soil inside is if I don't hear him cry a the door to go out. And that doesn't happen often. He loves to play ball and cuddle up on a floor pillow next to the fireplace. At night he sleeps in his condo (crate) and cries to go out if he needs to go potty. Maxx is our fourth Yorkie and I thought the third one was easiest to train. This little guy arrived almost outside potty trained from the day we got him !He's so beautiful. I've already taken hundreds of pics of him but, I want to send you a really good one. I haven't captured one yet. When we are more settled in since our move we will be contacting you for a playmate for Maxx. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a healthy happy puppy. Carrie this is Karen Landry and I bought Mac Beth from you on Dec. 22, 2007. I just wanted to let you know how much my whole family loves that little bundle of joy. We don’t know what we did without him. He is just so playful and full of fun. He has the sweetest personality. When my grandson comes over for the weekend he doesn’t want to go home. My grandson re-named him Rex. My Mother just adores him. He really gives her so much company when my husband and myself are at work all day. Everyone that comes to the house just falls in love with him. I have a girlfriend that’s retiring in May and wants a puppy for company. Everyone that asks about him I have given your e-mail address to and I have recommended you to several people. I just wanted you to know that Mac Beth (Rex) is well loved and cared for. He does rule my household. My Mother and husband are a bit jealous of me because Rex has taken to me the most. He stays with me on the chair to watch TV and follows me all over the house but when the grandson is there Rex plays with him more. This is just a “Thank You” for breeding such a loving pet and for being a very trustworthy breeder. Rex has brightened our gloomy days of ‘Katrina’ to no end.
