Seller will provide Buyer with a copy of the Veterinarian's health certificate at time of shipping. The puppy will have had the vaccinations appropriate for it's age.
Shot record will accompany dog during shipping. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated below.
As of the date of delivery, we certify that the puppy has received
proper vaccinations and de-worming.
Buyer must take said puppy to a vet within
72 hours and is responsible for all costs concurred by initial visit. If puppy
is not examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours from time of arrival, health warranty is
void. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and
understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. This health
warranty
does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough. Kennel Cough is self-limiting, and
like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected, and
Kennel Cough on its own is not life-threatening.
At no time will a cash refund be given after purchase of puppy. All deposits are non -refundable and all health guarantees are null and void if puppy is not taken to the vet within 72 hours.
This
puppy is guaranteed for one year against fatal and life-altering congenital
disease which adversely affects the health of the animal and causes problems of
a severe life-threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this
one-year time frame, the Buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain cause
of death. If cause is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
Seller will not
be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Seller must be notified of the
problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and
have two additional reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem,
in which case Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
Replacement puppy policy
A
puppy with a defect must be returned or humanly euthanized, with the prior
permission of the Seller, to qualify for a replacement puppy. A returned puppy
must be retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified
problem, at the expense of the Buyer. The Buyer will then qualify for a
replacement puppy.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the
Seller for
a replacement puppy. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been
euthanized without prior permission of the Seller. Replacement puppy will be mutually
agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood
that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original
puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be
caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction,
demodectic mange, and other auto-immune disorders that are not covered by this
warranty. Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is
not covered under this warranty. There is no guarantee or warranty that the
Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding
potentials. There is no guarantee regarding the size of the dog at maturity.
Hypoglycemia is not covered under this warranty. This is a management problem, not genetic or hereditary.
Luxating Patella’s must be diagnosed on initial puppy exam done within 72 hours of puppy’s arrival. Only stage 3 or greater
diagnosis will be covered under this warranty, and surgery must be performed within one year of purchase. Seller will then refund
25% of purchase price once surgery is done.
Refund/Replacement policy
All deposits are
non–refundable. If Buyer pays for puppy in full, and then chooses not to take
possession of puppy before delivery date, Seller will refund 50% of
purchase price.
All items covered
under this warranty are by replacement only.
