Take puppy to your veterinarian with in 72 hours of arrival or any health warranties are null and void

If within the first 72 hours, your Veterinarian identifies a life threatening genetic health issue which clearly the puppy obtained at our home, breeder will replace puppy with another puppy of equal value no cash refunds. Buyer at his/hers expense must return original puppy, with a written report from his Veterinarian and registration papers, to the breeder within 48 hours of notifying breeder .

Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:

Feed your puppy Royal Canin size nutrition formula of "mini puppy" for up to one year . Then place your "Yorkshire Terrier puppy" on Royal Canin 's Mini Adult formula
Annual physical examinations by a licensed Veterinarian
Follow Veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming.
If a puppy is sold as a pet it should be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age, One year Genetic/Hereditary guarantee is void if this is not done.
The breeder requests that they be contacted in the event that at any time the owner is unable to keep the dog, it will be the obligation of the seller to assist in the placement of the dog in question

Breeder’s Responsibility

All puppies leaving the breeders possession will be a minimum of 10 - 12 weeks of age depending on size of puppy to facilitate adequate socialization as well as appropriate emotional and temperament development.

Breeder will provide puppy buyers with written details of feeding, general care and Vaccination/medical record given at time of shipping. Breeder will be available to offer after sale support and offer helpful advise to our "Yorkshire Terrier" puppy parents through the means of a toll free line. Calls to be kept between the hours of 9:oo am - 6:oo pm Monday through Friday central time

Puppy's registration papers will be sent at time of shipping.
